Implementation of set ratio for enrichment of gene sets in phenotypes as identified by surprisal analysis, an information theoretic approach

We published the implementation of the set ration in surprisal analysis on RNA-seq data, an information theoretic approach. The analysis allows the simultaneous meta-analysis of different sets of data mined on SRA together with newly generated data by explaining variation induced by strains and experimental setups in a separate third constraint.
